GETTING STARTED
Which platforms do you manage?
We focus on where your audience actually spends time, mainly Facebook and Instagram, including Stories and Reels. LinkedIn is included from our Growth package up.
Do you only work with Perth businesses?
We're Perth based and work with businesses Australia wide. On site shoots happen across Perth metro, with a flat travel fee for jobs 50km or more outside it.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's free and there's zero pressure. We chat about your business, your goals and what's working now, then I'll recommend the best next step.
PRICING AND CONTRACTS
How much does it cost to work with you?
Social media management packages start from $800 a month, with Growth and Scale packages for businesses ready to do more. Custom packages are available too.
How do contracts work?
Services have a minimum three month term. After that, you can cancel with 45 days' written notice.
When are invoices due?
Invoices are due within [X] days of the invoice date.
Who owns the content?
You do. Content transfers to you once invoices are paid in full.
CONTENT AND RESULTS
How quickly will I see results?
Social media is a long game. The first month is about foundations, and most clients start seeing meaningful traction within the first quarter.
What if I don't like the first round of content?
Everything is shared with you for review before it goes live, and we refine it based on your notes until it feels right for your brand.
META ADS
What's included in Meta Ads management?
Full ad management: strategy, targeting, ad creative and copy, ongoing optimisation, two 30 minute strategy calls and clear reporting. A one off set up is available if your ads account isn't ready yet.
Why not just boost posts?
Boosting optimises for likes. Strategic Meta Ads target your ideal customer and are set up for enquiries or sales, with reporting on what your spend achieved.
CONTENT SHOOTS
Where do content shoots happen?
At your business, anywhere across Perth metro. We plan the shot list together beforehand so the day runs smoothly.
WEBSITES
Which website platforms do you build on?
Squarespace, Wix and Shopify. We'll recommend the best fit on your discovery call, and refreshes of existing sites are welcome.
